ERC's business base includes a number of contracts where we serve as a prime contractor, as well as many where we serve as a subcontractor. As we pursue new business activities in the future, we will continue to seek out opportunities to serve as a prime contractor, as well as a subcontractor.

As a company with over 900 employees and annual revenues exceeding $100M, we qualify as a Small Business for the 541712 NAICS code. We do not qualify as Small Disadvantaged Business or a Woman-Owned Small Business.

Whether we pursue an opportunity as a prime contractor or subcontractor, we are dedicated to going above and beyond our share of the proposal development effort to maximize the Team's probability of contract win. And we will strive to be maximally hospitable and trustworthy to our partners, whether we are serving as the prime contractor or the subcontractor. For our business model, our opportunity pursuit interests fall into the following three categories:

  1. Full and Open Contract Competitions. Depending on opportunity size and scope, ERC will determine (on a case-by-case basis) whether we will pursue a Full and Open opportunity as a prime contractor, or seek out a subcontractor role. If you are interested in a potential teaming arrangement with ERC on a specific Full and Open opportunity, please contact us.
  2. SB Set-Aside Competitions where ERC qualifies as a Small Business. We will pursue opportunities for which ERC qualifies as a Small Business as a prime contractor. If you are interested in a subcontract role for an opportunity of this class, please contact us.
  3. SB Set-Aside Competitions where ERC does not qualify as a Small Business. We will pursue opportunities for which ERC does not qualify as a Small Business as a subcontractor. If you are interested in ERC as a subcontractor, please contact us.
